You agree to provide timely access to the information, accounts and people we reasonably need. Delays on your side may extend timelines.
Fees are listed in US dollars on our Services page and are due at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We apply professional care, but business outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific results, savings or revenue. AI tools can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing their output before relying on it.
Implementations may use third-party software. Those tools are governed by their own terms and fees, which are separate from our fees.
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
