If we have not yet begun work on your engagement, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated for work not yet delivered. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will revise it or discuss a partial refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. To cancel after work has begun, email ; we will refund the unused portion of the fee and deliver work completed to date.
We provide consulting services only and do not sell physical goods, so no returns apply.
